Heavily watermarked and corroded, these mirrors are meant to look ages old. The variations of colors found under the toughened glass are a result of tin sulfates and mildly acidic solutions that interact under the sun. They will continue to age with time and exposure to light. No two will ever be alike, so rest assured that the one that ends up over your fireplace is truly one of a kind. This represents the full range of what may come out of any given box. Our weathered zinc will vary in appearance with each piece. Zinc naturally changes & oxidizes over time with exposure to indoor or outdoor elements. It is a material always in movement.
