Made with local and sustainably harvested solid Appalachian hardwood. Kiln dried lumber is hand selected for grain and color characteristics. Built-to-order by a craftsperson who signs and dates the piece. Board-by-board finish process highlights the beauty of the wood. Catalyzed lacquer top coat forms a clear, efficient, highly-protective barrier with a close-to-the-wood feel.

Flush fitting drawer fronts give our Sabin products a lighter and clean, architectural look.

Workstation features pull out work surface, large drawer and bottom file drawer.

Uniquely configured pull out work surface slides smoothly on undermount soft-close, full extension metal drawer glides.

Side mount full extension metal ball bearing drawer glides have a positive feel and allow for top view access to the full depth of the drawer.

Bottom file drawer supplied with hardware to accommodate letter/legal size hanging files.

Installed below the drawer box, undermount drawer glides contribute to a simple and clean appearance, rugged support of drawer contents, and a positive feel to drawer opening and a soft close.

Partial extension drawer glides allow for access to the full depth of the drawer and contribute to product stability.

Our strong, stable drawer boxes are made from solid ash wood and a solid ash three-ply bottom for a rattle-free fit.

Dovetail joinery adds both strength and beauty to our drawer boxes.

Product is shipped with tip restraint device and instructions for anchoring to the wall.

Gat Creek manufactures solid-wood dining room, bedroom and living room furniture in our own shop and through domestic partners. All of the finishing, final inspection and packaging work is completed in our Berkeley Springs facility. Our design aesthetic takes a contemporary simplified approach to traditional furniture forms.

In the 2000s, as other U.S.-based furniture brands moved their furniture manufacturing to subcontractors in Asia, Gat Creek responded by investing in its West Virginia factory and operations to constantly improve productivity, quality and choice.

Instead of building big batches of products to sell to the masses, Gat Creek takes a more personal approach making furniture to order, specifically for you, from a selection of over 400 designs in a wide range of wood tone and paint finishes.
